Ohio Heads to Grand Lake/St. Mary’s
ATHENS, Ala. – The Ohio Division of the American Bass Anglers Open Series will hold its second event on 6/02/2018 on Grand Lake/St. Mary’s. The competitors will launch from the West Bank located at 6178 West BankRoad, Celina Ohio 45822.
Registration will be at the ABA stage trailer on Friday 06/01/2018 at West Bank.
Registration will run from 4:00 PM-6:30 PM with the pairings meeting to follow
At 7:00 PM. Anglers holding a Freedom pass must text or call 256-497-0967
Friday 6/01/2018 to confirm you are fishing the event.
To enter, anglers fishing the boater division pay $200.00 per single day events
with the co-anglers paying $100.00 for the single day events. The first place
boater is guaranteed a minimum of $5000.00.
Anglers fishing the boater division may weigh in up to five bass and the
co-anglers may weigh in up to three bass.
In addition to cash and prizes for top finishers, boater and co-angler competitors
may also win contingency bonuses from such sponsors as Triton Boats, Mercury
Outboards, Motorguide, T-H Marine, ABU Garcia and Power Pole. See the

Limit: 5 bass for the boaters, 3 bass for the co-anglers
Size limit: 12 inches on all bass.
Off limits: Anything marked off limits, keep out, no fishing, no boats etc. All competitors are required to have a valid Ohio fishing license in your possession.
Boaters are required to have a minimum of $100,000.00 liability insurance On the boat you are operating and must have proof in your possession.
Take off: 6:10 am
Weigh in 2:30 pm
